China is filled with nostalgia mixed with pockets of ultra-modernism. Old stomping grounds remind me of terrible haircuts and trips to the zoo with my grandparents. A rooftop of a familiar home is still somewhere to be discovered, where clean sheets blow and cured meats bask in the sunlight. This place is never static, it never stops growing.
